The Mercedes-Benz Econic 1830 is engineered around its signature low-entry “DirectVision” cab, providing a low floor requiring only two steps for entry, a completely flat interior floor, and panoramic glazing with a deep windscreen. The driver’s seat is positioned at eye-level with pedestrians for enhanced urban safety and direct visual contact. The fully glazed folding side door and through-cab access enable kerbside exit, optimizing crew safety and workflow.
