The Volvo FL240 (2010–2024) is defined by its evolving powertrain lineup. Early Euro 5 models (2010–2013) used the D7E240, a 7.2L in-line six-cylinder turbo diesel producing 240 hp at 2300 rpm and 920 Nm between 1200–1700 rpm, paired with a high-pressure common rail injection system and SCR.
