The MAN TGX 28.510 is powered by the D2676 12.4L six-cylinder engine, delivering 510 hp (375 kW) and 2,600 Nm of torque from 930–1,350 rpm. This engine has evolved with each new emissions stage, with the Euro 6d/e variant featuring optimized common rail injection and advanced thermal management for improved performance and efficiency. The standard transmission is the 12-speed MAN TipMatic AMT, based on ZF’s TraXon platform, and includes features such as SmartShifting, Idle Speed Driving, and automatic load and gradient detection. Fleet-focused and performance-focused shift programs (FLEET, PROFI) further tailor power delivery to application.
